​Sunlease Solar is a leading New Zealand developer and owner of utility-scale solar farms, specialising in 5–20 megawatts projects delivered under long-term land leases. Our focus is on transforming underutilised land into clean, reliable renewable energy assets, while maintaining sustainable land practices.
With decades of combined experience in energy development, project finance, engineering, environmental planning, procurement, construction and delivery our team brings technical excellence and commercial insight to every project. We manage projects end-to-end: from site feasibility studies, resource consents, grid connection approvals, through design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to long-term operation and maintenance.

We work closely with landowners to understand the unique characteristics of their sites and tailor solutions that maximise energy yield while preserving land value and usability.
